Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Flash screen on IE when clicking on URL link on Notes Client

Notes that give the focus to a browser application (like IE, Edge, Chrome, ...) when we click on a URL link in an email from the Lotus Notes Client.

For ex, we receive an email with a link that point into a document in an internal web GED (FileDoc).
The URL works fine, it's open the correct doc, the browse will be opened if was closed and open the doc.
The question is that the browse don't take the hand and don't comes in first plan.
The icon of the browser is flashing on the task bar to say that there is document to open. If we click on the browser icon, the browser is opening good.

We need a parameter on the Lotus Notes client to flash on browser when clicking on URL or if there a Windows parameter.

At the moment it's working on only google chrome. We need it on Internet explorer and Edge browser.
