Add ability to video call user from database ie) mail file, discussion database.

Is it possible to add a button , or a menu option to directly video call a user (or phone call/ telephony) while in a database such as your mail file or a discussion database

    In general you can do this today by creating an action (button) in your mail file or discussion database. The exact code behind that action depends on the API of your telephony or video conferencing system.
