There should be a way to customize the "Open Attachment" window message on the Notes client when double clicked on the Notes client.

Currently the message shown for the "Open Attachment" window is as follows.

"To protect your computer from malicious files, do not open a file unless you trust the source. If you aren't sure. view the file or save it to your computer and scan it with an antivirus program before opening"
