Changing the Alternate name of person document without making modifications in Preferences settings of INotes

There is Altname in the person document of a customer.

In inotes Customer is seeing 2 "From" values, One is the regular and other is altname value.

We suggested client to run code via lotuscript. After performing it, Client was able to see two from values out of those one was showing undefined. So we suggested  Client to go in the inotes preferences under basic, under displace settings, change to the alternate name. And issue was solved where we were able to see single "From" value.

But anyways client was not satisfied with the resolution and wanted this problem to solve by not touching to inotes preferences after running lotus script code.
