Notes Calendar Meeting Alarm - Global setting to have "Email notification with Subject" for calendar meetings created in notes client.

Currently we have alarm notification option for calendar meetings where we have "Send mail notification with subject" option to send email to someone alerting about the upcoming meetings. This setting is only available while creating a meeting.

We would like to have this setting in mail preference-> Calendar & To do -> Alarms also so that it affects all meetings created. Setting currently only have option to play a sound at a predefined time prior to the actual meeting.

I urgently wanted this feature since altering was introduced in Notes!

Havin my MailIn-Box as a single point of information I do activate mail in advance to every entry in my calendar, and as long as I cannot set this option (together with my own mail address) as a default, I have to activate it manually on each entry I create!

This is an upvote from me for that feature!
