Allow Notes 10 Team Calendars to set Alarm Settings

Alarm Settings can not be enabled for shared calendars. The alarms daemon or background thread on the Notes client checks for alarms only in the mail file pointed to by the Location document. Alarms pop up and subsequent mail notification get sent, if you set the team calendar as mail file in a user's location document and allow the alarm to be triggered.
