Disable the popup ""IBM Notes is starting, please wait..." in MacOS

When you start Notes on a Mac, doesn't matter which OS and which version you get the popup message: "IBM Notes is starting, please wait...". Customer want this popup to be disabled in Mac OS.

    If you disable the Accessibility in the MacOS System Preferences/Security & Privacy (uncheck the box next to HCL Notes), it prevents freezing the mouse & keyboard inputs when Notes is starting up/while that popup is displayed.

    As for all I know this popup doesn't really do anything, except to inform the user that Notes is starting. It should be disabled.
