Flag to Notes users in relation to mails that are about to be sent to an external email address

When a Notes Client user is creating a mail, a new feature is sought whereby if there are a number of email addresses (within a group or as a list of numerous email addresses), the client could recognise where one of the addresses is an external email address (such as a by detection of a non-internal domain or canonical address) and warn the user with an alert message in the UI that such an email is about to sent externally.
