Custom Workspace Icons linked to Websites, Applets, Applications, etc. Policy Driven options

If you're bringing back the Yellow bring it back.  For years Notes was criticized for its GUI, particularly the box 'chicklet' shortcuts to applications from the workspace.  But now when you look at your Android/iOS devices, and (yes!) Windows 10, what to you see?  Box shaped shortcuts to applets, applications, websites and the like.  Improve these for Notes/Domino.  Permit users to add shortcuts to their applications or frequently used websites.  Make them 'active' (take on the logo graphic from the website).  Permit central management to 'push' these out to clients (for example, we'd use one for our Help Desk website (non-Notes), and other web-based non Notes apps).  A policy doc could push these out.   Currently, if you want to do something like this you'd need to use designer, add the link to an About doc or something, and then customize the icon, and (yes, you can use a policy to push it).    Market it....   "HCL Notes..... way ahead of the curve" or similar....

Note: I was short-sighted in the above as in iNotes/Verse there should be a tab for Applets (eventual .nsf type based 'app store' perhaps) where such icons would also appear (via policy) or can be added by end user.
