Option to check if the recipent message is read by the user Merged

When we chat with users over sametime, there is no options for us to find the status of the message

if the message is read by the user at other end, so there should be a provision for the users to confirm if the message is reached to the other user and the status as well - eg: as what we see in whats up application.
