show offline participants in group chats Merged

Since HCL Notes 12.0.2FP1, persistent Sametime group chats works much better than in previous versions. We noticed that participants who are offline are not displayed in the persistent Sametime group chat in the embedded Sametime client in HCL Notes. This caused confusion quite often.

Please make it possible that offline participants are also displayed in a persistent Sametime group chat.
