Allow Password Manager support on iOS

This is a request for all IBM / HCL mobile Apps:

Ensure that the new Apple iOS Password Manager Support is useable in the mobile app.

This ensures that the mobile app login screen offers the "Password" button on the bottom, giving access to any App that supports the new Password Manager API in iOS 12. 

This would allow a user to store a password once in the password manager, and retrieve it from there when launching a mobile app.

This request includes also for the newer OAuth options (not implemented yet in all apps) where an embedded browser is used, that the same feature is enabled there in the embedded WebView.

Customers may want control over this feature via policy / mdm settings.
