Send Push notification to the device longer than 24 hours after the last sync

Currently, as the Traveler server monitors the sync activity of each user, it will push notification within 24 hours after the last sync. Beyond this time the server will tag the device as offline and will not send anymore push notification causing user to miss on incoming emails specially on days that they really do not intend to open the IBM Verse app actively but wanted to be informed/notified of incoming email.

One particular scenario is if the user is on a week end and do not intend to actively open the app every now and then but wanted to be alerted if anything comes in. If they do a sync on Friday Night and do not open the app for 24 hours. He will not be notified if any email comes in on a Sunday unless he do a manual sync. Customer would like to keep receiving notification beyond 24 hours period of the last sync.

This request is being file in behalf of customer by a Notes/Domino Engineer under case TS000844720. As a workaround there is a parameter that prolong the 24 hour period has been given to customer but there is a negative side effect and keeping the online from the device is not feasible at this moment

The push offline time out is configurable. The default is 24 hours: NTS_PUSH_OFFLINE_TIMEOUT = 24
