More options for search in People

It would be great to add more options for searching, more than option for sort (Sort by First name or Sort by Last name).

e.g. search only for last- or first name.

    It would be nice if this "contact sorting" option already worked correctly...

    Sorting by last name is not correct if you have a first name

Android App: Make more fields from names.nsf searchable

Merged
In the "People" App one can search by name, emailadress and shortname. It would be great if one could find people as well by company, department etc. as these infos already exist in the domino directory.
