If DB size quota is set in the user's mail DB and exceeds its quota, behavior of sending a mail by IBM Verse for iOS.

If DB size quota is set in the user's mail DB and exceeds its quota, if the user sends a mail from IBM Verse for iOS, it can not be sent.At that time, the dialog explaining that mail could not be sent is not displayed, and the mail is automatically moved to the Outbox.
# When deleting mail and putting it within DB size quota, the mail will be sent from the Outbox.

Please display the dialog that the mail was not sent after the user sent the mail, and then move the mail to the Outbox.
