VOP Delegation showing sortable list of already available users and mailin database based on ACL

In VOP delegation you can search on users which mailfile you want to access, not mailin databases.
First I would like the option to add mailin databases as well, based on the lookup on the server's addressbook.

Furthermore, I would like to see a sortable list in the same "Find person" window below, in which databases (so mail and mail-in) I already have access to based on the ACL of the databases.

Preferably, this list extends over more servers/clusters, so not limited to your home-mail server.
