Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Enable Drag&Drop for E-Mail to export as EML to another Application

Using a Document-Managing-System we need to import Mail on this side to have a complete set of files for specific act.

Using the notes-client it is easy: Simply take the E-Mail and drop it to the target system.

In our case the target system ist a document-managing-software (Fabasoft egov-suite) running as browser application. As long as verse doesn't support this feature we need to stay only for this case in the fat client environment.

Please enable this Drag&Drop-Feature (with export functionality) for verse (on premise) as well.

Shipped? How can this be done? If I try to export an E-Mail from VOP I only get an prohibition sign (see attached screenshot)?!

As thisis being marked as "Shipped" but I cannot find a way to do this: Does this need to be configured/enabled somewhere? How do I do it?

I understand the use although I admit I haven't heard it often.  But I do understand why being able to convert to a neutral format like EML (basically a file) can be extremely helpful. Let me check into this a little.
