Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated jointly by the IBM & HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Support customer-defined filter and rules based on customer-reported "keyword" content

A SmartCloud Notes (SCN) administrator reports that SCN users sometimes receive e-mail that contains offensive language.

The administrator requests an enhancement feature in the "Email Filters" section of SmartCloud Admin, IBM SCN, Account Settings, where the administrator can list words that the administrator considers offensive so that the e-mail, when scanned, will not be delivered to the recipients.

This is not as simple as it seems like. An offensive word in one country can be a normal first or last name in another country. Blocking those mails or deleting them automatically would impact the business.
