Improve password reset options for end users

Smartcloud users who have forgotten their password have only the option of sending an email to the administrator. Can we add a comment field in the reset form so end users can let their administrators know how to best contact them with the reset password information, or can we give the end user the option of getting a "reset password" message sent to an alternate location, such as a mobile device or alternate email address?

Another option would be to send the user a link to reset their password themselves. Needing the administrator to reset end user passwords creates a bottleneck of requests if the administrator is out of the office, for example.

    For smaller companies without dedicated administrators or help desks a secure self service option is essential.
