Implement a Rooms & Resource reservations and policy management system for service-only and/or allow hybrid customers to host their R&R application in the cloud. This is currently available in a hybrid environment. Without this, users cannot view room/resource booking availability and administrations will not have the capability create their own policies.
Use case scenarios
In the case of 1. and 2a. all users are in the service as "authorized users" meaning they can log in to the service and take advantage of those cross service type capabilities (e.g. delegation of access to mail files). In the case of 2b. there are users who not in the service and while they are in our TDS we do not control their authentication and know who they are.
The requirement needs a confirmation whether our objective is to allow hybrid customers with users in the service and on-premises to access R&R in the cloud under terms of the hybrid customer entitlement... or not? If that is the objective then we have both a 'technical design' and 'business terms' set of changes to consider.
