As only home server mail icon is added on Notes workspace, users have no way to know cluster mail db names. Administrator may inform those servers to the users but usually it is not practical.
When home server is unavailable for some reason, Notes client often does not switch to other cluster server automatically, then users must manually switch servers however no icon was stacked other than home server. Dead end except waiting home server will be alive.
I know cluster.ncf contains member server names in text however more than 10 servers are in the list. Users are force to do "try and error" for those servers even they know or are instructed to use cluster.ncf.
