Customer can enable Instant messaging in SmartCloud Web or Verse using steps mentioned in below reference link.
Currently customer do not have option in Service only environment to enable or disable instant messaging for set of User accounts.
There is only option to either enable or disable instant messaging for all users.
Requesting enhancement request so there should be option in AdminUI for company admin to decide whom to provide access to Instant messaging or whom to not.
