Add "always on" to "Stay Online" setting in Sametime Mobile App

At this moment you can only set the "Stay Online" time to 1 week maximum. We really need to have the option "Always" in our organization.

Emails from external senders don't have the same priority as emails from internal senders (and vice versa). In folders, having a visual indication of the origin would help prioritizing emails.
