Allow different fonts/font styles in a view colum

This would allow the developer to change fonts or font styles based on the status of the underlying document. E.g change font style to strike through for completed ToDo entries. Change column text style based on a document status field.

Reopen previous Designer tabs

Unlike the Notes client, the Deisgner always opens with an empty screen. I'd like to be able to reopen the Designer with the same tabs open and the opened files at the same position as I left them when I closed the Designer.
