Automate Domino key rollover process for certificates

The Domino key rollover procedure for the organization \ or organization unit(consider to rollover 100's+ of OU's) is a time-consuming process since it doesn't have any automation available. So, request to implement some way to automate this process through an API call or an agent or any other way to pick the values(Directory server, key strength, etc..) from an INI or txt file.

Initiating the key-rollover is a very cumbersome and error-prone UI driven process in the Domino Administrator Client.

Even worse, the settings in the dialog are not pertained, so doing the same process again requires specifying all input parameters anew eg Directory Server, ID-File, Expiration, Strength, ...

Having to execute all these steps and changes und such a large number of certifieres is not only very cumbersome, but also very error probe.

    To your questions:

An exposed C-API, LotusScript or LS2C call would actually be very helpful to mitigate the issues described above.

Another approach (while still not that powerful compared to an API call) would be the possibility to provide default values for the UI dialog (eg via notes.ini), which get picked, or at least saving the last used options.

You would like to have a C-API call to automate the keyrollover process?
or are you are looking for something more user friendly?
