Disable automatic cache clearing for iNotes

Unfortunately, by default, automatic cache clearing is enabled for security.

We can control the clearing of caching level but stopping this is not possible.
Even if browser cache is disabled, iNotes_WA_LogoutScrubType is by default equal to 0.

There are cases that they are using SAML for iNotes and logging out from it exectutes a script that stops the web client from getting to the saml logout page.

Why would you like to keep sensitive data within the browser cache after logging off?
