Workspace icons: Define the background colour of the tiles (per database)

Having a database property to change the background color, would allow us developers to give the users a better UX, e.g. by visually grouping databases together. Look at the Windows 10 start menu where this is done too.

In addition, I would like to see a setting to give any database template a different border. Perhaps a thin border (3-4 pixel) in a different color, or a faded/highlighted border (like "inner glow" in Photoshop).
The reason for this is that I (and I think quite a few other developers) organize the icons on the workspace in a way so that the templates (NTF) are next to (or in my case underneath) the database (NSF). This way it is easy to work on the template for one particular application and then refresh the design of the actual database.
But just to quickly be able to see if a chicklet is a database or a template would be very helpful.
